This article explores the thirty-year development of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan as a unique state-public institution that ensures social harmony, interethnic dialogue, and the formation of civic identity. It analyzes the stages of the Assembly’s formation, its structure, legal and institutional framework, as well as its role in strengthening internal stability and promoting the Kazakhstani model of harmony. The strategic importance of the Assembly for Kazakhstan’s sustainable development and political modernization is emphasized.
