COMPREHENSIVE WORK OF THE APK WITH DISTRICT AKIMATS AND RURAL DISTRICTS

Abstract

In the article the main directions of the activity of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in the context of integrated work with district akimats of the regions and rural districts’ akimats as part of the implementation of the “Development Concept of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026”, Messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Economic course of a Just Kazakhstan” and “A Fair State. One nation. Prosperous society”, instructions of the Head of State given at the XXXII session of the APK, at the second and third National Kurultai are analyzed. The article deals with issues of interaction and joint work of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the APK) and Republican CGI “Kogamdyk kelisim” (hereinafter referred to as the RGI “Kogamdyk kelisim”) with regional akimats, district akimats of regions and rural districts’ akimats through regional CGI “Kogamdyk kelisim”, and with the Houses of Friendship on large-scale work with the population, all social groups, especially youth and the younger generation.

The comprehensive and systematic work of the regional public structures of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, implementing state policy in the interethnic sphere in the regional centers, districts and rural districts is important. The materials of the article were presented and tested at the republican training seminar for the district and rural akims with the participation of regional CGI «Kogamdyk kelisim», held on July 28, 2023 in an online format and organized by the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Culture and Information, the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Research (hereinafter - IAER) and RGI «Kogamdyk kelisim». Of great importance in the article are practical recommendations in a joint work of the APK, RGI «Kogamdyk Kelisim», the regional CGI «Kogamdyk Kelisim» and the Houses of Friendship of the APK at various levels with district akimats and rural districts’ akims.
