Abstract

This article examines the importance of the development of the state language - Kazakh as a unifying factor of the national civil society of Kazakhstan. As one of the urgent problems in this direction, national values and features of civic values in the course of educating Kazakhstan’s youth in general are comprehensively analyzed.

The reasons and significance of the need for individual interaction of   representatives of the state-forming nationality - Kazakh youth and representatives of ethnic groups inhabiting the Kazakh country, together withstanding any internal, external obstacles to the future of Kazakhstan, overcoming the collision are analyzed. Information about the experience of the student assembly «Birlik», held by the youth of the university, is also presented.
