Abstract

The article examines the formation of civic identity in the Republic of Uzbekistan under the conditions of contemporary socio-political transformations. It analyzes key factors that influence social cohesion, including historical and cultural heritage, ethnocultural diversity, language, education, reforms, and modernization. Particular attention is paid to the challenges posed by globalization, migration, and digital transformation, which shape new forms of identity. The authors argue that civic identity constitutes a foundation for national unity, social stability, and sustainable development in Uzbekistan.
