Abstract

The article provides a historical and legal analysis of the prospects of the ECА Assembly's activities.

The author presents the current legal mechanisms of interaction of ethnocultural associations with the Assembly and state bodies for the implementation of state policy to ensure peace and harmony in society. The stages of transformation of ethnocultural associations into a more effective institution of civil society are considered.
