Abstract

This article discusses the conceptual foundations of the National Corpus of the Kazakh language, the need for the NCCC, the history of the language, the teaching of the Kazakh language, the NCKL and the linguistic heritage, the priorities of the first stage of the NCKL, the priorities of the second stage of the NCKL, the principles of providing language annotations.
